About the Service
3GP eSIM sells mobile data plans in eSIM format, fulfilled by third-party telecom partners and delivered electronically. We do not provide voice, SMS or mobile number services.
Purchase & Payment
All prices are in USD. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Payment is processed by a third-party provider (Stripe / PayPal), and your order is tied to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery & Activation
After payment is confirmed, your eSIM (QR code + installation instructions) is displayed on screen and sent to your email. You must activate it on an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. 3GP is not responsible for devices that do not support eSIM or are locked to a carrier.
Acceptable Use
Data may be used for personal and lawful purposes only. Resale, sharing the connection, illegal activity or any abuse (spam, DDoS, infringing content) is prohibited and may result in immediate disconnection without refund.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". 3GP does not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service, nor specific coverage or speeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3GP's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the provider's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
